Terms and Conditions

The user is reminded that the software ("Psaros") is provided on an "as is" basis, and that use of this software is at his or her own risk. The author expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The author makes no warranty that the software will meet your requirements, or that it will be error free, or that any defects will be corrected. The user understands and agrees that any results generated with the software and used for any purpose are done so at the users own discretion and risk.

The author shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from the use or inability to use the software.

The users right to use the software is made on the following basis:

	the software may be used free of charge for an "evaluation period" of 30 days from the date upon which the software is first loaded onto the users computer;
	once the evaluation period has passed the software must be either registered, or removed from the users computer.

The user may freely distribute the software to third parties provided all items included in the original distribution are supplied without change.

The user is forbidden to attempt to reverse translate the software, or attempt to bypass the registration procedure by any other means.
